In August 2019, Amy joined the Institute for Families as an Instructional Technology Specialist supporting the New Jersey Child Support Institute. She is a member of the design team responsible for course design and development. Prior to joining the IFF team, Amy worked for organizations that include ADP, BMS, Deloitte, and ETS. In previous roles, Amy collaborated with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and customers to develop classroom and virtual training, eLearning, certification tests, assessments, and evaluations. Amy enjoys working in the learning and development field, especially today, as modern learning environments incorporate new technologies. Her greatest accomplishment is helping organizations and learners translate their learning goals into reality. She strives to make learning powerful and action-oriented and to empower learners to change their performance in a positive way. Amy has a Master’s degree from Montclair State University in Administration and Supervision (Educational Leadership/Adult and Organizational Learning).
