Jen Paolello (Park)
Manager of Academic Services and Student Records
Jen Paolello first joined Rutgers School of Social Work in December 2019 as a Program Coordinator for the Office of Student Affairs and transitioned to her current role as the Manager of Academic Services and Student Records in August 2022. Prior to joining Student Affairs, Jen earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication from Rutgers – New Brunswick and worked as a Program Coordinator for the Admissions Office and Minority Student Program at Rutgers Law School – Newark. Her primary role in SSW Student Affairs is to work directly with the Assistant Dean in matters related to the MSW program and students, such as registration and enrollment management.
