Marlene Hooper-Perkins

Marlene joined the IFF–NJCSI (New Jersey Child Support Institute) in 2019. She is a member of the Instructional Technology Design group which develops training curricula for New Jersey Child Support Program professionals. As an instructional designer, she works to create innovative learning experiences that build evidence-based practices and customer-centric skills. She began her career with New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and transitioned to private-sector employment after working in higher education for eleven years. She received her MS in Human Resource Management from NJIT and her BA from Douglass College.
