Bio

Marlene joined the Institute for Families in August 2019. As an Instructional Designer, she is a member of the Learning and Development team which develops training curricula for New Jersey Child Support Program professionals. As an instructional designer, she works to create innovative learning experiences that build evidence-based practices and customer-centric skills. She began her career with New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and transitioned to private-sector employment after working in higher education for eleven years. She received her MS in Human Resource Management from NJIT and her BA from Douglass College.
