Dr. Swann-Jackson joined IFF in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience as an applied researcher and evaluator of human services programs and educational initiatives serving children and families. An experienced methodologist, she has implemented data collection and analysis strategies for projects across the fields of education and social work. These include workforce training and best practices, adolescence, parenting, language access, equity and anti-racism, human services, family homelessness, community health, child welfare, aging in place, substance use, teacher preparation, curriculum development, education reform, and school violence. At IFF, Rebecca leads research, program planning, and evaluation projects to identify best practices as well as emerging topics for educating human services professionals. Rebecca earned a PhD in Family Science and Human Development from Montclair State University and a Masters in Education, with a concentration in Statistics, Measurement, and Evaluation, from Rutgers University.
