Kristin Brown
Bio
Kristin Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania in 2000, and received her Masters in Social Welfare (MSW) from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004.
Kristin started as a Readjustment Counselor at the Ventnor Vet Center in August 2010 and was promoted to Director in August 2015. Kristin was selected for a detail in RCS’s Strategy and Analysis Office for 6 months in 2022 and has been selected for another RCS Central Office detail in Clinical Oversight for 4 months starting in March 2023.
Kristin’s professional interests include mentorship, leadership coaching, change management, and organizational improvement. Kristin is a VA Program Management Fellow and in the VHA Associate Coach Development Program.
