Bio

Michele joined IFF’s Grow NJ Kids Training Services team in August 2016 as Program Coordinator II.  She brings an extensive knowledge of early childhood education policy at both the national and state level, serves on the Coalition of Infant/Toddler Educators Board, and is a past Board member of the National Association for Family Child Care, Communications Chair, and the Family Child Care Organization of New Jersey.  A proud parent of two college grads, Michele holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers, and a B.A. in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College, known for their focus on Social Justice.  Her field experience informs her in-depth understanding of the needs of young children and families, as well as the current body of published research and legislation on early care and education.  Michele is an accomplished administrator, conference and training coordinator, past staff member at Mercer County’s CCR&R Child Care Connection, with post-secondary special education program administration experience at The College of New Jersey.
