Nicole Frankel

Nicole Frankel is an Instructional Designer who joined IFF in August 2023. She designs and develops training programs for GNJKTS and NJCWTP. She is an advocate for child welfare, diversity and inclusion. She has worked to provide Early Childhood Educators with inclusive literature and creates resources to help educators discuss LGBTQIA topics. Prior to joining IFF, Nicole taught and developed a curriculum in an Elementary Inclusion classroom for five years. Nicole has a B.S. in Elementary Education and Deaf Studies and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Towson University. Nicole is based in the Princeton office.
