Megan Gerity

Megan joined IFF in 2022 as an Instructional Designer. In this role, she designs and develops training programs and learning materials for human service and child-serving professionals within the Grow NJ Kids Training Services (GNJKTS) and New Jersey Child Welfare Training Partnership (NJCWTP) programs. She is a strong advocate for ensuring organizations receive high-quality training opportunities that promote child welfare and best practices in education.

Prior to joining IFF, Megan worked in New Jersey schools for over 9 years as a teacher and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She holds a B.S. and M.A.T. in Urban Early Childhood Education and Teaching English as a Second Language from The College of New Jersey.
