Lon brings 20 years of experience in research, evaluation, assessment, and project management. She has worked closely with government, corporate, and academic institutions, and has managed research programs at Rutgers University since 2014.  Her responsibilities at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology included leading a $40 million School System Improvement project. She has a history of work in the area of equity, particularly in education. Lon’s responsibilities at IFF include developing and leading applied research programs and coordinating the team of professionals conducting training and program evaluation efforts. On weekends, she can be found teaching electronics to elementary school students, or coaching a middle school Ultimate Frisbee league.
