Bio

Lori joined the Institute for Families in February 2012. As an Instructional Course Designer, she designed and developed curriculum materials in human services, educating professionals within the New Jersey Child Support Institute. In May 2019, she advanced to Supervisor of Operations, overseeing the operational functions required to implement a broad range of educational initiatives. In September 2024, Lori was promoted to the Manager of Human Services. In this role, she leads large-scale training programs, conferences, and community education efforts. Before joining the Institute for Families, Lori served as an Instructional Designer for the National Transit Institute (NTI) at Rutgers University, where she facilitated webinar training and developed curricula on advanced technologies, civil rights, and program management. Lori holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
