Lori Rea
Bio
Lori joined the Institute for Families in February 2012. As an Instructional Course Designer, she designed and developed curriculum materials in human services, educating professionals within the New Jersey Child Support Institute. In May 2019, Lori was promoted to Supervisor of Operations. In this capacity, she oversees all operational activities necessary to implement educational initiatives. This includes managing large-scale training programs, conferences, and community education efforts. Before joining the Institute for Families, Lori was an Instructional Designer for the National Transit Institute (NTI) at Rutgers University. While at NTI, she facilitated webinar trainings and developed curricula in the following areas: advanced technologies, civil rights, and program management. Lori holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
