Bio

Shyamala Muthurajah joined the Institute for Families in 2016. She works with the NJ Child Welfare Training Partnership and Grow NJ Kids Training Services focusing on training evaluation. Prior to joining IFF, Shyamala worked for more than 7 years on training projects where she led data collection, statistical analyses, and reporting. These training projects were in the areas of youth suicide prevention, trauma, school and community-based psychosocial interventions, and tobacco surveillance. Shyamala received her Masters in Public Health from UMDNJ and is a certified SAS base programmer. Shyamala's areas of expertise include designing web-based/paper-and-pencil surveys, tracking and managing data, and project coordination.
