Terence Jordan

Terence joined the New Jersey Child Support Institute (NJCSI) at the Rutgers School of Social Work, Institute for Families, in March 2007 as an Instructional Course Designer and has served as the Learning and Development Supervisor since January 2018. In his current role, he supervises a team of designers that creates instructor-led trainings and e-learning products for New Jersey’s Child Support Program workforce. He began his career at AT&T, where he held positions as an Assistant Program Manager of the Insight program, a leadership development program for AT&T managers, and also as Assistant Manager at their Resource Center, which provided career management and career transition services to current and former employees. Terence has a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University.
