Bio

Lori is a dedicated early childhood professional committed to ensuring every child receives the highest quality early childhood education possible. With 14 years of experience in public education as an early childhood educator and Preschool Instructional Coach, her passion for early childhood development has driven her career from the very beginning. Lori joined the Continuous Quality Improvement team at Grow NJ Kids Training Services with Rutgers’ Institute for Families where she supports Per Diem Instructors, offers support and coordination for trainings, and maintains processes to support quality and quality assurance measures. 

Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and American Studies from Rowan University. She holds a Preschool through Grade 3 Standard Certificate and a Teacher of Students with Disabilities Standard Certificate. Further, Lori completed the Preschool Instructional Coach Fellow Seminar in 2022.
