Kelly Fernandes

Kelly joined the IFF team in August, 2016. She holds a B.A. in Political Science as well as a certificate in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. She is a member of the Grow NJ Kids Training Services Team as the Supervisor of Operations. In her first role on the team, she served as Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Program Coordinator II and then I. In her current role of Supervisor of Operations, her responsibilities include the forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating training, and working within the operations team. Kelly is passionate about improving the lives of infants, toddlers, children, youth, and is thrilled to coordinate and provide high quality trainings to the early childhood professionals.
