Bio

Tina Marie Gajda-Crawford is a Research Project Coordinator with the Rutgers School of Social Work – Institute for Families and is currently working on the New Jersey Division of Children and Families Data Hub Projects. She has over 13 years of experience as a Research Coordinator. Her responsibilities include ongoing quality assurance, survey and instrument development/revision, data collection, management and analysis, and project reporting.

Prior to IFF, she held Project Coordinator positions with a focus on mental health project management, data tracking, data analysis, program evaluation, and reporting at the Rutgers School of Social Work, coordinating a DMHAS and DHS funded study, and at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey coordinating studies funded by the National Institutes of Health. She also has experience in direct practice working with clients as an outpatient therapist. Tina has a BA degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and MA degree in Counselor Education from Kean University.
