Bio

Megan joined the Institute for Families (IFF) in August 2022. In her current role, she informs the design and development of content to enhance training for the early childhood workforce in New Jersey. Prior this role, Megan served as an Instructional Designer where she developed engaging learning materials for human services and early childhood education professionals. Megan has over nine years of experience in New Jersey schools, including roles as a teacher, trainer, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Megan holds a B.S. and M.A.T. in Urban Early Childhood Education and Teaching English as a Second Language from The College of New Jersey. Her work is driven by a commitment to advancing high-quality early childhood education initiatives and enhancing access to programs that benefit New Jersey’s children and families.
