Bio
Megan joined the Institute for Families in August 2022. She currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager for Early Childhood initiatives. In this role, she leads a team of Learning and Development professionals, plans and forecasts learning materials, coordinates project timelines, collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and ensures that training materials meet organizational standards and workforce needs. Prior to this position, she served as an Instructional Designer and Content Supervisor for Early Childhood, where she supported the research, design, and development of engaging learning materials for early childhood professionals.
Megan has more than nine years of experience in New Jersey schools in roles that include teacher, trainer, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She holds a B.S. and an M.A.T. in Urban Early Childhood Education and Teaching English as a Second Language from The College of New Jersey. Her work is guided by a commitment to advancing high-quality early childhood initiatives and expanding access to programs that support New Jersey’s children and families.
