Bio

Kelly joined the Institute for Families in August 2016. She attended Montclair State University and holds a B.A. in Political Science as well as a Certificate in Child Advocacy. She is a member of the Grow NJ Kids Training Services Team. In her current role on the team, her responsibilities include the forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating training to the State of New Jersey’s Early Childhood Workforce, working alongside a team of per diem instructors as well as working supervising the Operations Team. Prior to joining IFF in 2016, Kelly worked within the child welfare field at a non-profit agency that provides safe housing, crisis intervention and community outreach to youth ages 12-24 who experience homelessness or are at-risk youth. Kelly is passionate about improving the lives of infants, toddlers, children, youth, and is thrilled to coordinate and provide high quality trainings to the early childhood professionals.
