Bio
Lon brings over 20 years of experience in research, evaluation, assessment, data management, and project management. She has worked closely with government, corporate, and academic institutions, and managed research programs at Rutgers University since 2014. She has a history of work in the area of equity, particularly in education, including implementation of a $40 million School System Improvement project, and public release of the National Education Longitudinal Study of 1988-2000 (NELS:88/2000) dataset for the U.S. Department of education. Lon’s responsibilities at IFF include developing and leading applied research programs, data portals, and coordinating the team of professionals conducting program and training evaluations. These efforts span a broad range of areas across the field of social work, including child welfare, early childhood, and human services. On weekends, Lon can be found coaching and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
