Convocation is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025, and will begin promptly at 3:00 PM at Jersey Mike’s Arena on the Livingston Campus. Check-in for graduating students begins at 2:00 PM.

The formal School of Social Work Convocation ceremony will recognize each graduate individually with pomp and circumstance. Students will cross the stage and have their names read as they are recognized.

Seating is limited and by ticket only for family, guests, and graduates (see ticketing section below). Free parking is ample and available in the Yellow and Green Lots adjacent to Jersey Mike’s Arena.

Important note: GRADUATE students (MSW, DSW, and Ph.D. programs) with January 2025, May 2025, and August 2025 degree dates, and UNDERGRADUATE students (BA in Social Work program) with January 2025, May 2025, and August 2025 are invited to participate in the school convocation.
