Native women of the USA and Canada face profound universal marginalization, the result of colonization and a history of systematic oppression, widespread violence and blame. Womeninindiancountry.us explores the intersectionality between sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and missing and murdered Native women. Furthering understanding for best practice to promote healing from within, the tribal community and letting women guide via sharing their stories orally or through arts.
