Christine Blanos

Christine has been a member of the learning and development team at the Institute for Families since September 2019. She is responsible for designing and developing engaging, learner-centered curriculum materials for several training programs, including the New Jersey Child Welfare Training Partnership and Grow NJ Kids Training Services. Christine understands the learner profile of our early childhood educators, as she has a background in early childhood education and worked as a preschool teacher early in her career. Her expertise in Learning Management Systems has made her a valuable asset to the team and the training programs she serves. Christine believes strongly in sharing knowledge and empowering others by mentoring incoming learning and development team members and, as of July 2023, serving as a School of Social Work Staff Council member.
