Christine Allegra

Bio
Christine joined the Institute for Families in 2009 and is currently Associate Research Manager. In this role, she oversees the training evaluation team, which develops evaluation materials, including surveys and pre/post-tests in electronic, paper/pencil, and scannable formats. The training evaluation team also analyzes and reports on data for more than 3,000 training days each year across many of IFF’s programs, including the New Jersey Child Welfare Training Partnership, Grow NJ Kids Training Services Program, and NJ Child Support Institute. After Christine earned her MSW and Ph.D. degrees from the Rutgers School of Social Work, she taught classes for the program. Before joining IFF, Christine worked as a mental health clinician, providing crisis, inpatient, and outpatient psychiatric care.
