Carole O'Brien

Carole O’Brien is responsible for the onboarding, coaching, and professional development of New Jersey Child Welfare Partnership’s per-diem instructors who deliver trainings to child support professionals throughout New Jersey. A Rutgers graduate herself, prior to joining Institute for Families, Carole garnered her skills through rich and varied experiences leading a range of community-based programs in public and private schools, and an assortment of social service organizations. Here at Institute for Families, Carole combines her skills of relationship building, development, marketing, and training with an exemplary team in an academia setting. Her greatest achievement is reflected in the values she instilled in her three children that shaped and positioned them to be successful citizens. Her greatest joy is being able to enjoy her grandchildren, instilling the love of fun and laughter in them.
