Sandile Manzini
Bio
Sandile C. Manzini, MSW earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Centenary University in 2011 and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Management and Policy from Rutgers University in 2017. Sandile is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) at Rutgers University, in the Education, Culture, and Society concentration. His research focuses on the leadership experiences of Black men in higher education.
With a professional background of advisement, career counseling, developing, and implementing student support programs, particularly for diverse and underrepresented populations, Sandile joined the School of Social Work at as the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment in January 2025.
Honored to be a recipient of multiple recognitions, Sandile is a Jackson Scholar, awarded by the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA), and holds the Martin Luther King Scholarship and the Dr. Samuel D. Proctor Fellowship at Rutgers University Graduate School of Education for 2024-2025.
