Bio
Railyn joins IFF with a background in secondary and post-secondary education. As a Program Coordinator, she supports the IFF Fellows Program, a program designed for Rutgers undergraduate students that have lived experiences in the child welfare and foster care system; Railyn also supports the ICARE (Inclusion, Courtesy, Awareness, Respect & Education for the LGBTQ+) training initiative in partnership with NJ Division of Family Development. Railyn began her career in student advocacy serving as a PACT Mentor and Assistant Director for the Office of Student Life at Mercy College. Railyn holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a certification in Public Relations and Advertising from the University at Buffalo.
