Yolanda Kennard-Glover joined Rutgers, IFF/ the New Jersey Child Support Institute (NJCSI) in September 2007 as a Training Coordinator. Since her tenure with NJCSI, Yolanda has been instrumental in developing and delivering courses such as Virtual Emotional Intelligence and Peer-to-Peer Engagement. Along with assisting with the development and delivery of many courses within NJCSI’s catalog.  Yolanda is NJCSI’s internal Lead trainer on various modules, including but not limited to Child Support Guidelines; Advanced Guidelines; Family Track Training; Microsoft Excel for Beginners; Effective Customer Service; Operation Fatherhood (Outreach); Intro to UIFSA; Advance UIFSA and Law Clerk Training. Yolanda’s resume includes representing Rutgers University- NJCSI at various conferences and forums including the annual New Jersey Child Support Conference; the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) Conference; the National Association of Social Workers, New Jersey Chapter (NASW-NJ); New Jersey Human Service Agencies: Forging Partnerships with the Hispanic Community Conference; New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM); the Network for Social Work Management (NNSWM); and the National Staff and Development Training Association (NSDTA).  Yolanda also successfully delivered a two-day training course in the US Virgin Islands. She is a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) Policy Forum and the Eastern Reginal Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) Communications Committee. Yolanda holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Seton Hall University and certifications in Human Resource Training and Development and Leadership and Management.  Yolanda volunteers with CASA of Middlesex County and the Middlesex County Center for Empowerment.
