Marian Pringle

Marian joined IFF’s NJCSI team in February 2007. With 28 years of experience in the legal, medical, and marketing fields, she brings strong leadership skills to the Operations team. As Administrative Supervisor, Marian works closely with the Supervisor of Operations and staff to ensure that trainings are successfully prepared and delivered. She collaborates with the Training CQI Supervisor on tasks related to the coordination of Class 8 Per Diem instructors and with the Learning and Development team on curriculum development. Marian takes the lead at the vendor booth at the New Jersey Child Support Conference, and she is a central liaison between the Judiciary and the Department of Human Services (DHS) during the annual Family Division Law Clerk training. Marian interacts with participants, vendors, and customers on a daily basis and is responsible for logistics and supervision of the support staff at IFF’s remote sites.
