Multimedia Project Summary
This MMP provides a review of Polyvagal Theory, a neurophysiological framework that focuses on the role of the autonomic nervous system in clinical care. This theory gives mental health providers the clinical language necessary to explain the brain-body connection. This MMP provides interactive tools, psychoeducation, and clinician resources for both providers and clients who are curious about learning more about this theory and how to integrate it into their work or everyday life.
