Lizmaira Lugo

Lizmaira is currently a Senior Program Coordinator for Grow NJ Kids Training Services at the Institute for Families. With extensive experience in early childhood education, she has served in a variety of roles, including preschool and kindergarten paraprofessional, project coordinator, and technical assistance specialist. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a strong foundation in supporting educators, programs, and early learning initiatives. Liz is passionate about advancing high-quality early childhood education and remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the children, families, and professionals she serves.
