Jennifer Raymondi

Jennifer joined the Institute for Families in 2025 as part of the Grow NJ Kids Training Services team. In her current role, she supports the Early Childhood team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with the early childhood workforce and quality partners at the Department of Family Development (DFD). Jennifer earned her B.A. in Social Work from Rutgers University in May 2024. Prior to joining IFF, she gained valuable experience working with an immigration law firm, a public library, and a community advocacy organization.
