A free, virtual discussion led by alum Erin Capone and hosted by the School of Social Work Alumni Council.

What does fundraising actually look like? How does my social work education uniquely prepare me to fundraise? Why can I make so much more money as a fundraiser than a program director?

Come join us if you have ever wondered about the answers to these questions. This 60-minute session will break down the fundraising process, outline how social workers–both clinical and macro–are already prepared to fundraise, and discuss the six-figure salaries that come with professional fundraising.

You are needed at the table! Fundraising is a mission-critical skill for most nonprofit leaders, and you can help ensure that philanthropy advances–and not thwarts–social justice.
