Alumni Conversation | Screening and Assessing for Problem Gambling in Clients and Opioid Use Disorder

This presentation will focus on evidence-based practices for the screening and assessment of problem gambling in clients with opioid use disorder. The presentation will cover common gambling activities among clients with opioid use disorder, as well as the prevalence and clinical impact of problem gambling in this population. Participants will learn how opioid use disorder and problem gambling interact, including shared risk factors, and implications for treatment and recovery outcomes. Evidence-based screening and assessment tools will be reviewed and provided to participants.
