Bio

Chinaza Onyile is an Instructional Designer with a diverse background in higher education and clinical social work. She currently supports the Learning and Development team at the Institute for Families (IFF), where she has served in various capacities over the years and now works as an Instructional Designer. She also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses as a Part-Time Lecturer at the Rutgers School of Social Work. Chinaza previously led instructional design efforts at Mercer County Community College, where she helped launch the Center for Teaching and Learning and supported faculty in course design, pedagogy, and technology integration. She holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and is a licensed social worker in New Jersey.
