Arlyn Jimenez Ulerio

Bio
Arlyn graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and Communication in 2020. Her previous experience includes serving as a Quality Coach at NJSACC: NJ's Afterschool Network, where she facilitated professional development sessions and provided resources to school-age programs and providers across New Jersey. Additionally, Arlyn led statewide STEM initiatives for NJSACC, organizing conferences and workshops aimed at expanding STEM access and inspiring diverse youth to pursue STEM careers. She has also contributed to various community-focused organizations, including Catholic Charities for the Diocese of Metuchen, the United Way of Central Jersey, and the Civic League of Greater New Brunswick.
In her current role as Program Coordinator, Arlyn supports training sessions, scheduling, and communication with the early childhood workforce. She also serves as a bilingual moderator, assisting with Spanish-language training sessions and supporting the review and translation of materials from English to Spanish.
