Her professional background includes field experience in both educational and community-based settings, including internships at Columbia High School in New Jersey and Safe Monroe. In her current role, she provides oversight to both direct and non-direct service staff, leads training initiatives, and advocates for clients across medical, legal, and educational systems.
Through the DSW program at Rutgers, Ana aims to deepen her impact by advancing trauma-informed systems of care, promoting sustainable program development, and preparing the next generation of social work leaders.
