Shannon Eskola

Shannon joined IFF’s Finance and Administration Team in July 2022 to provide support to its programs’ administrative and grant-related functions. In her first role at IFF, Shannon served as an intern and Program Associate at NJVAA, where she completed her Master of Social Work advanced field placement. Shannon earned her MSW at Rutgers University in May 2022, with a specialization in Management and Policy and a certificate in Human Services Management. As an MSW student, Shannon served as Management and Policy Student Representative on the Rutgers University School of Social Work’s Graduate Student Association Executive Board. She brings prior experience in education administration and a passion for macro social work practice to this role, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to support IFF’s programming and services.
