Clarence joined IFF in August 2020. He leads project management initiatives to support the design and development of learning products for IFF’s programs, including GNJKTS and NJCWTP. He is also responsible for streamlining the processes of the Learning and Development (L&D) project teams, documenting and communicating best practices for L&D virtual project planning and tracking, and supporting content development user experience testing. Clarence brings 10 years of project management experience in the public sector. Before joining IFF, he was a Project Manager for a nonprofit organization that provides Electronic Content Management for the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA). He received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org. Clarence holds a BS in Finance from New Jersey City University.
