Rutgers School of Social Work Celebrates Social Work Month
March 1, 2020

March is Social Work Month and a time to celebrate a profession dedicated to serving others. The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) theme for Social Work Month 2020 is Social Workers: Generations Strong. According to NASW, this theme has various meanings. As we enter a new decade it is important to look back and honor the powerful, positive impact the social work profession has had on our society for generations.

Here at Rutgers School of Social Work, this has deeper meaning as the 2019-2020 academic year marks our 65th anniversary in excellence of social work education and marks the move of our New Brunswick offices to One Square Block.
