Chien-Chung Huang, Professor and Director of the Huamin Research Center, has been selected as a fellow in the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS) for his work on the efficiency and effectiveness of philanthropy on social development. The induction ceremony took place during the World Productivity Congress in China from November 17-18, 2019.
Fellows of the WAPS are selected among eminent, internationally-recognized contributors to the field of productivity science. The main objective of the Academy is to contribute to the development of productivity science through trans-national studies, surveys, and appraisals. Dr. Huang commented, “I am honored to be selected as a fellow in the World Academy of Productivity Science. Productivity science is not only important in the business domain but also crucial in social and nonprofit programs, in order to help people effectively maximize a program's effects.”
