Rutgers School of Social Work Assistant Professor of Professional Practice, Marla Blunt-Carter attended and participated in the Democratic National Convention (DNC) last week in Delaware. She served as a Delegate to the convention and also supported her sister, Lisa Blunt Rochester, U.S. Representative for Delaware and speaker from Tuesday evening's DNC program.
Congresswoman Blunt Rochester spoke about the impact and narrative of this moment in time in future history books. A full clip of her speech can be viewed through PBS News Hour here.
Below is a collection of pictures from the socially-distant viewing event from Blunt-Carter’s perspective.

There's an excited former Biden staffer behind that mask. In 2008 I served on the credentials committee as Biden Delegate. This go round I was asked to be on the DNC standing committee on Rules and Procedures. Oh the places you'll go! #macrosocialwork
