The 2nd Annual Rutgers & CMSRU Inter-Professional Education Day is a joint collaboration between Rutgers School of Social Work, Nursing and Law and Cooper Medical School of Rowen University. Faculty facilitators lead students in small group discussions of case studies drawn from real-world dilemmas involving emergency healthcare, HIV and adolescents, end-of-life decisions and more. All students interested in learning more about working with interdisciplinary teams are encouraged to attend. This event is focused on students from each school discussing cases together and learning about how each discipline considers case material. Each group also has a facilitator from each discipline as well. This is a free event. Speak with your school to learn whether internship credit/ course credit will be available.
