  • Effective Communication Strategies: Connect and Communicate in Meaningful Ways

    Please join Nicolette Vasco of the Alzheimer's Association for a program on aging. This workshop will provide tips so that by the end you will understand how persons with dementia communicate using attitude, tone, facial expression, and body language. It will offer valuable information to help you understand and learn to decode verbal and behavioral messages and connect in new ways.

  • New Jersey’s 36th Annual “Let’s Talk Adoption" Conference, co-sponsored by the Rutgers SSW

    Over 30 workshops for pre-/post adoptive parents, foster parents, child welfare professionals, adoptees, and kinship guardians. CEU credits are available for a $20 processing fee (5 credits maximum).
