For over eleven years, Emily Jabbour worked as a policy researcher for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), having begun her federal career through the Presidential Management Fellows program. In November 2017, Emily was elected as a city councilor in Hoboken, New Jersey. She graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Psychology, and from Columbia University School of Social Work with a Master of Science in Social Work.
