Crisis intervention and crisis management are skills necessary to case managers. In this webinar, participants will learn how to identify an authentic crisis and assist clients in crisis. The elements of a crisis will be discussed and techniques for communicating with someone in crisis will be practiced. The relationship between individual values and capacity to intervene effectively in a crisis will be explored.
