Can You Hear Me Now? Staying Connected in a Disconnected Time
Rutgers School of Social Work's Office of Field Education is hosting a discussion about staying connected in a disconnected time. While we’ve successfully Zoomed, WebEx-ed, texted, and emailed, feeling heard and visible over the past year hasn’t been easy. Many of us have never actually met each other in person. How do we reconcile this time of disconnection as, hopefully, the return to our in-personness is looking promising? Join in this conversation about the dimensions of human connection and community, and the roles that self-care, self-awareness, humor, and resilience occupy in sustaining them.
