Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Project Coordinator II for The Center for Prevention Science, within the School of Social Work. Under the direction of the Principal Investigators and lead Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator II is responsible for conducting qualitative interviews, data management, preparing literature reviews, conducting qualitative data analysis, and preparing written reports. This Project Coordinator II will spend their effort on an externally funded grant to engage youth and family in the Continuous Quality Improvement efforts of New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families’ Division of Child Protection and Permanency (NJ DCPP). This position requires quantitative and qualitative data collection and management, working with a wide variety of individuals and organizations, including state agencies and research team members.

Among the key duties of this position are:

  • Developing and implementing surveys and interviews.
  • Managing research protocols, developing timelines, tracking and assessing deliverable progress, and ensuring timely and accurate flow of information.
